As your Realtor, Jeanne combines professional skills with a lifetime of living and boating on Maryland’s famed Chesapeake Bay ands its many tributaries. She has raised her family to share her love and appreciation for the water. Her son currently has his own charter fishing business in North Carolina. Both she and her son are frequently accompanied by their beloved Labrador Retrievers – hers is black, his is yellow.
Trained in Art and Architecture at Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia, Jeanne partnered with William Dobson to establish a residential development and construction company. Jeanne has over twenty years experience in all aspects of residential construction, from obtaining county permits, through the construction process and final sale and settlement proceedings. She spent two years working as a relocation specialist in a nationwide home inspection company learning all the details of employee relocation. She also received the same technical training as a home inspector.
Jeanne is a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County, and a thirty-six year resident of Pasadena. Jeanne has sold over $99 million in Maryland properties. Together, Jeanne & Michelle have sold over $120 million in total Real Estate sales with over $50 million in waterfront property.

Michelle Blanchard is a lifelong resident of Pasadena, Maryland. Her introduction to the real estate industry began in 1992 when she went to work for the oldest multiple listing system in the country, Central Maryland Multiple Listing Service, which covered Baltimore City, Baltimore, Howard, Harford, and Carroll counties. Through her work with CMMLS, Michelle marketed and sold computer hardware and software to Realtors. She received extensive training through the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors to fully understand how licensed agents use technology in their business.
During this time, Michelle received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Journalism from Towson University, fully funding her tuition and graduating with a 3.7 G.P.A. While funding her education, Michelle gained several years of experience in the computer field. This combined with her natural intuitiveness in technology led Michelle to work for Ober Kaler, a large law firm with offices in Washington D.C., Baltimore and Virginia, as a database administrator. She specialized in the data and optical storage and management of large litigation databases and documents.
In 2003, after eight years with Ober Kaler, Michelle decided it was time to act on what she knew she wanted to do back in 1993, real estate. She combines her technological background with an incredibly service-driven work ethic. Michelle has settled over $21 million in homes and properties.
Michelle and her husband Joe live in Pasadena with their three children. They are sports enthusiasts, and enjoy boating and spending time with family and friends.
